Today, Regal was quick, friendly and efficient. The price was high for the services of oil change and tire rotation, nothing is ever offered to ease the burden of the consumer. They tacked on 1k in unnecessary add ons. They charged more in labor than book time. Violated fl law which requires itemized repairs before service starts. I enjoyed my recent visit at Regal Honda to have my vehicle maintained. Ray (Service Advisor) proved to be very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He informed me of the mechanics recommendations and did vehicle maintained. Ray (Service Advisor) proved to be very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He informed me of the mechanics recommendations and did NOT pressure or strong arm me to make a decision (like some others). Instead, he provided me the facts, informed me of the severity of the issues and what actions are needed or what could happen to the vehicle if certain actions aren't taken in a reasonable time frame. Again, he did this by informing me of the notations made by the mechanic and Ray was knowledgeable about the findings. Based on Ray's kind disposition and informative feedback, I will soon schedule my vehicle to rectify the issues brought to my attention (in order of severity). Thanks. More
