The only person at this location who was helpful was Angela. My sales person Vlad was friendly and passionate about cars but unfortunately was extremely unhelpful when it came to giving a transparent br Angela. My sales person Vlad was friendly and passionate about cars but unfortunately was extremely unhelpful when it came to giving a transparent breakdown of the car price and fees, what I needed to bring to purchase, how the dealership assists with car registration, etc. When I got to the dealership to purchase, it took over two hours, an hour and half of which was just me sitting waiting for someone to come over with the right forms. Once we finalized the purchase and I received the email documents I had signed, I discovered VERY important errors in the documents. When I called to get this fixed, I was told they could not fix this because "the documents are auto generated" and that Angela, another employee, was the only one who could fix this. The fact that an entire establishment whose job is to facilitate the sale of expensive products (that people literally save up for years to purchase) would not be able to ensure the customer's purchase documents are CORRECT is insane to me. I do not think it is professional that the forms are often incorrect, but then they all rely on one woman to go back and fix all their mistakes. I will say she was incredibly helpful, but this whole experience was so chaotic, unhelpful, and also misguided. I unfortunately would not recommend this dealership. More
