A week before, we took our vehicle there to address manufacturer recalls and discovered that there were so many other issues with our car. Saiful helped us to explore our option and after careful consideration, we decided to trade our vehicle for a much more efficient vehicle. We've no regrets. The process took some time but Saiful and Raul Jaminian stayed with us until the end of the day. They sat with us and gave us a full tutorial before we left. I did my homework on the car I wanted and knew everything about the deal I wanted before I showed up. I had some preliminary calls with Raul and Saiful before the day of my visit and they were very helpful. My visit was smooth, comfortable, honest and efficient. I got the car I wanted and the deal I wanted. The entire team (Raul, Saiful and Steve) treated me and my wife like family and I honestly could not be happier.
