My first-ever car buying (leasing) experience was awesome. I was making my first-ever car purchase (well, to be more precise, lease). Wasn't really sure what I needed to do or how to do it. My brother had leased his first vehicle from Koeppel Mazda two years back and recommended that I check them out. I also had gotten other recommendations from friends to use Koeppel. I did my homework on the car I wanted and knew everything about the deal I wanted before I showed up. I had some preliminary calls with Raul and Saiful before the day of my visit and they were very helpful. My visit was smooth, comfortable, honest and efficient. I got the car I wanted and the deal I wanted. The entire team (Raul, Saiful and Steve) treated me and my wife like family and I honestly could not be happier. The team went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I would get the car in the fastest amount of time possible and with the least amount of hassle. His interaction with them and with us made us feel at ease and comfortable with our first ever car purchase. Each person on his team goes above and beyond to make sure you get the car you want, at the budget you can afford and works with lenders to make sure you know your rights and what is coming in the total agreement. We had to go back twice to the dealership each after work at 7pm and Mr. Islam, Steve, Jay all stayed beyond their 9pm hrs to help us. We felt like we were at Tiffany's not at a car dealership! More
