I have had the best experience Arrowhead Honda ! I had a couple of things that were wrong with the vehicle and Tracy referred me over to Racquel and she is more than amazing drop my car off got me a ride home and when my car was done I was picked back up from home . The work that was done they did such a good job with my car ! I have not had a dealership treat me so well and I have bought so many new cars and this dealership is the best ! I have an 82,000 $ Silverado 3500 and also a 2017 Chevrolet Corvette and the Chevy dealership has never treated me like this dealership and I spent that amount of money with them. Thank you thank you thank you to everybody that has help me through this process and I will recommend you to all my friends As I have already! Outstanding Customer Service We purchased a lightly used Honda CRV last year. When we did we noticed that the car was rather dirty for its age and it had a minor dent in the fen We purchased a lightly used Honda CRV last year. When we did we noticed that the car was rather dirty for its age and it had a minor dent in the fender. It was agreed to at that point that the dent would be fixed and that they would detail the car. Months later when we brought the car in we were told that there was never an agreement to detail the car. I raised the issue to management and it was taken care of immediately. The point of this review is that issues, mistakes and misunderstandings will happen. The measurement of a company is how they deal with these unfortunate issues when they arise. Arrowhead Honda knocked it out of the park. Raquel Perez stepped up and immediately made things right, and we couldn't be happier with our car and decision of where we purchased it.
