Jermane is by far THE BEST salesperson that I've come across in my life. He understood what we wanted because he actually listened and wanted to help, unlike those pushy salespeople who don't listen or c across in my life. I would totally recommend to specifically ask for Jermane if you are going to purchase a vehicle at this dealership unless you like pushy salespeople with outdated sales skills back from the 90s. The negative reviews must be from haters or Karens. If you just do research and ask about everything before you buy, there is no such thing as "hidden fees". They answer every question you have. Overall, as a first-time buyer, I had the best experience of car shopping at Arrowhead Honda. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy. I came knowing what I wanted and a few hours later I took my dream car home, Black Honda Accord 2023 EX. More

He straight up bs he likes to play the blame game and then when you call him out on stuff he said he has nothing to do with it he gives a number which he didn’t need to run any credit when we were pre ap then when you call him out on stuff he said he has nothing to do with it he gives a number which he didn’t need to run any credit when we were pre approved through bank. He lied and said he needed our info to find that contract and instead ran our credit to see which other bank can pick up our financing which drop our credit down alot. Don’t trust him his attitude is very cocky ! More
