I took my car for recall service. It was working perfectly before this and as soon as I left the lot, there was electrical malfunction. My car was at Kia for 2 weeks and the only conc It was working perfectly before this and as soon as I left the lot, there was electrical malfunction. My car was at Kia for 2 weeks and the only conclusion was a suggestion to replace the IPM for over $1677. Recall service should not cause problems that were not present beforehand. And if it does, then I shouldn’t have to pay for it. More

Emma was my service advisor and my outside warranty did not want to cover my transmission. They refused and refused but in the end she managed to still get it covered.
