This is my second time coming to the dealership for a service. The first time was slow, unacceptable and a complete completed survey. Nobody contacted me. Scheduling process was not good and then my wait time was unacceptable. Do you have a 2026 EV that needed an inspection in a tire rotation and it took two hours to accomplish those tasks is unacceptable in my eyes. The woman that I dealt with the desk was outstanding, but in terms of the overall efficiency of the service department, I will certainly look to be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service. More
