Thank you, Sarah! I sincerely appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make things right. While I'm sorry your initial experience didn't meet the standard we expect of ourselves, I'm grateful you shared your feedback instead of simply walking away. I'm so glad our team was able to resolve the electrical issue and go the extra mile by delivering your vehicle to your home to ensure everything, including your garage door and gate, was working properly. That's the level of service we strive to provide, especially when we've fallen short. Thank you for recognizing our team's responsiveness and the care they showed throughout the process. We truly appreciate your patience, your updated review, and the opportunity to earn back your confidence. We look forward to providing you with five-star experiences from the very beginning on every future visit.
