Thank you for the honest feedback, Derek, and I'm sorry we let you down on what should have been a good service experience. There's no excuse for returning your truck with oil and grease on the hood and fenders, especially when you take such pride in keeping it clean. The difficulty starting your truck after the fuel filter service is equally concerning, and both issues fall short of our standards. Our service manager, Corey, has tried reaching you a couple of times to personally apologize and see what we can do to make things right, but unfortunately hasn't been able to connect with you. We appreciate the four stars despite these frustrations, and I hope you'll give Corey the opportunity to speak with you. We value your business and want the chance to earn back your full confidence in our team.
