I had a great experience at this dealership. I went in late on Saturday looking for a Honda that would be suitable and budget friendly. However, when I went in George was busy with other custome I went in late on Saturday looking for a Honda that would be suitable and budget friendly. However, when I went in George was busy with other customers. He came over to speak to us when he got a chance and asked Randy to show my mom and I a Honda civic 2021. Randy was very helpful; he went with us for a test drive, and we loved the car. After we got back George was still working with customers, so he told me to fill out a financing application and we'll talk on Monday. I did all of that and we returned early Monday and started the process. George explained the whole process to me and letting me know what to expect when it came to purchasing my first car. He suggested the Hyundai Elantra 2024 based on the interest rate that I would receive from the bank compared to the Honda civic. Despite him being super convincing with the Elantra and the great safety features my heart was set on a Honda. George was very understanding and happy to help me find the perfect Honda, I ended up getting a Honda accord instead of the civic. I was recommended to George by my parents who had a great experience purchasing both their cars. They were very confident in his ability to find me a car I would love. I am more than satisfied with my car and experience. Going to the financing office was also really good Jackson was very helpful and straight forward. He only recommended the one plan that was absolutely for the car I chose. He said one thing that reflected him and the other people who helped with the process which was 'treating people the way he liked to be treated'. Throughout the entire process we felt very welcome, and their hospitality was excellent. More
