Easy sales process. Quick turn around. Wish I would have had a bit more follow up with setting up auto payment details. Quick turn around. Wish I would have had a bit more follow up with setting up auto payment details. More

I ordered my truck from Walser through a 3rd party which worked amazingly. My truck was priced appropriately I feel, though I would love to see it cheaper, and I feel that the purchase process and everythin worked amazingly. My truck was priced appropriately I feel, though I would love to see it cheaper, and I feel that the purchase process and everything up to it went well. My issues stem from the delivery process and beyond. I was under the impression that my truck would be shipped to Iowa, however it was driven. If I would have known this, I would have driven up myself to pick it up. This not only added 300 miles to the truck, but those first 300 miles where not mine on a brand-new truck. Furthermore, the driver was in a hurry to get back to MN, so I didn't get any kind of walk through or onboarding with my new truck. No one showed me any of the features and the driver didn't even walk around with me to ensure delivery condition was up to par. Which, delivery condition was not as expected due to the drive; my truck was covered in bugs and road dirt from the 3.5-hour trip. It just felt like once I had signed, I was more of a number than a person. In fact, the entire process before I signed was very communicative, but afterwards, I wasn't even aware that my truck was enroute until it was halfway to my home. Even then, Walser did not reach out, I had to check the GMC app to get the location. I also have not had any follow up since I took delivery from Walser. More

My Walser experience on Friday's test drive was good. Monday's pickup was bad wanted to move appointment up it took 4 phone calls to get my appointment moved up including sales manger hanging up on me I Monday's pickup was bad wanted to move appointment up it took 4 phone calls to get my appointment moved up including sales manger hanging up on me I guess it's his way of doing business. I was told on Friday my wife could e sign but on Monday I was told she could not. A new title with my wife's name on cost me $37 dollars so if Walser wants to do better they can reimburse me. . More

I do like the video inspections! However, they're very quick and just rushing through the items they show, without giving me context as to when i will need to repair/replace wear ite However, they're very quick and just rushing through the items they show, without giving me context as to when i will need to repair/replace wear items. The prices went up and the service quality went down. I paid $100 for an oil change and inspection. They moved my seat, never reset the oil life, and in their inspection missed a glaringly obvious suspension failure (broken sway bar link). I've had other issues where they broke my oil plug, but made it up to me then with great service and a long l9aner vehicle. Unfortunately, I don't think that service manager is still at Walser and it shows. I'm not going back, I would much rather give my money to Turbo Tim's where they have good customer service reviews and support the community around them! Walser is overpriced and they skip steps in the work they perform. More

The work was done before the estimated time. There was a little confusion with the payment since the work was done under the purchase of the vehicle.
