Negotiations were fair, straightforward, and handled by true professionals…from Lance Howle, the Sales Manager, all the way up to Randy Cash, the General Manager. The dealership itself is spotless and efficiently run. Everyone there was actively engaged… no one standing around or on their phones. It has that family-run feel where you’re treated like a priority, but it’s clearly a well-established business with serious inventory. Juan did a great job with us on the 2023 Honda CRV EX-L. It was low pressure and he answered all our questions and worked with us through in any challenges and negotiated a fair price for the vehicle. Due to the massive amount of rain we've had over the past week, the car was unable to be fully detailed. So Juan offered for me call and arrange for a date to bring the car back in for the full detailing after the rain stops and we finish with some family events.
