We will definitely be coming back when it’s time for another vehicle. The only negative thing I can say is more of an opinion on the dealership policies. When I test drove the vehicle, the tank was pretty much empty with the fuel light on. After finishing the paper work I asked if the dealership could make sure the tank was full when I came to pick the car up…. Unfortunately their policy is they can only fill up to $30 of gas. Kind of silly to me that they wouldn’t even give you a full tank of gas after purchasing a 70K plus car. When I came to pick up the car it had a little over 1/4 of a tank of gas in it. Not a huge deal but enough to question why. I am very appreciative of Rosa doing her best to help us out despite this policy. As far as customer relations and repeat customers, I think that this is just a small courtesy that goes a long way and it’s something this dealership should consider. More

I drove into Austin from San Antonio for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Lance was able to get me pre-approved prior to arriving. So when we showed up, it was pretty much test drive and sign.
