The online description of the used car I wanted was incorrect even though I questioned the dealership by phone for confirmation the option I was looking for, power folding mirrors, was on the Jeep. I t incorrect even though I questioned the dealership by phone for confirmation the option I was looking for, power folding mirrors, was on the Jeep. I took a 4 1/2 hr drive to find out I was lied to. I ended up buying the vehicles anyway. There were obvious scratches on the car that could be fixed with a touch up pen. They didn’t have a pen in stock and promised to send one express delivery. Still waiting a week later. Lied to again. My thoughts: get a video tour of any used car to avoid wasting your time driving there, if somethings not fixed before you drive it off the lot don’t expect to hear from the dealership again. More
