We went for a trade in the beginning of June to leave with a Dodge Ram all for the check engine light to come on 3 days later. We got in contact with the service department , thankfully our warranty cove with a Dodge Ram all for the check engine light to come on 3 days later. We got in contact with the service department , thankfully our warranty covered the parts and labour but here we are 3 weeks later without a vehicle. As you know their interests rate are ridiculous so here we are paying for a vehicle we haven’t used for more than 2 weeks. Useless. I’ve called multiple times to get in contact with a service representative and it went straight to voicemail. Finally after the 5th phone call a customer representative answered all to tell me her manager will call back. Not only am I disappointed with their service department, the financial officer was pressuring us to get additional warranty after we declined 5 times! This whole experience has been unsatisfactory. You would think when someone trades in a vehicle they would run diagnostics or some type of inspection before selling a road hazard. Not only did Waddell tell my husband it was a power control issue but an engine issue. My husband could have had our children in the car and this lemon would have gone haywire at any given point. This is the most regrettable decision we have ever made. More
