BUYER BEWARE I had an extremely disappointing experience at Longo of Toyota. I worked with a sales associate for over 2 hours. I explained multiple times the price point at which I needed the vehicle. They at Longo of Toyota. I worked with a sales associate for over 2 hours. I explained multiple times the price point at which I needed the vehicle. They then ran my credit, which negatively impacted my score, yet they refused to budge even a single dollar on the price of the car. After wasting over two hours of my time, I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Not many places that I go into, where I feel like Elvis walking in the building, but it happens every time I’m at Longo Toyota or Prosper! Anyone who has met me, makes a point to come up and talk to me or walking in the building, but it happens every time I’m at Longo Toyota or Prosper! Anyone who has met me, makes a point to come up and talk to me or acknowledge me. Thank you! I have bought several cars from here, serviced many of them here, and it does not go unnoticed. I feel more like a team member or family, than I do a customer. Nothing is fake, it all feels genuine, and I appreciate it. Kenneth James is just great every single time I need service or repairs/concerns. He’s easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and keeps me updated on my vehicles. My ace. Doug is almost a tie. Been knowing him for close to 20 years at Longo and his last dealership. I try to divvy up my services between the two. But both are excellent. Tony Bailey is my exclusive sales consultant and should be yours too! Nothing but the best customer service and easy buying process. We initially worked with RW to help us find our new Camry Hybrid. He was able to find one and ordered it for us. After a few weeks, we got a call from RW saying the car was in and Tony was going to finish of Hybrid. He was able to find one and ordered it for us. After a few weeks, we got a call from RW saying the car was in and Tony was going to finish off our purchase for us since he was out of the office. Tony called us the next day to let us know the car was ready. Tony got us handled quickly and efficiently. We got through the financing with Chad who helped us with all the extras we needed. Next thing we knew we were out the door with our new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Tony, RW, and Chad. More

I have owned 47 Toyota's in 25 years of driving. Some were new, some were old, but all were nice condition and great cars! 6 of those 47 were new, and 6 of the 7 were purchased new with Tony Bailey Some were new, some were old, but all were nice condition and great cars! 6 of those 47 were new, and 6 of the 7 were purchased new with Tony Bailey at Longo Toyota of Prosper. Tony makes it simple. Probably a little too easy for me actually, but he never sells me anything. I tell him what I want, he calls me when he finds one. Sometimes it takes a few months, other times it takes less than a day. But he is always happy when he finds me the exact car, color, trim I am looking for. Most recently, he found the exact truck I was interested in. I was a little apprehensive, but I knew that this truck would be hard to find again, and I was given ample time and no pressure to decide to do the deal. There is no pressure, there is no hidden agenda with him. He lets the customer make their own decision. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled smoothly. I know instances, where he stays late or comes in early or on his days off to meet the customer. He has done it for me, and several other of his clients. He does what it takes, to provide EXCELLENT customer service. I cannot thank him enough. I have bought a lot of vehicles both Toyota and other brands from area dealers and by far HANDS DOWN, he makes the best experience possible. I also drive 25 miles and pass 3 other closer Toyota dealers, to come to Longo Toyota of Prosper. I have become more than customer of Tony Bailey, I am a friend and I consider him as such. A great man, doing great things! With that being said, when I am at Tony's desk, he sits by a gentleman named "RW" and he always is friendly to me, chats and says it is always good to see me. I am greeted by the lovely Trayce Carter, who always comes and talks to me when I am in for service. She is super sweet. Definitely the person you want, out doing PR for the dealership! Upper management guys always ask how I am and make a point to acknowledge me, and give me a good customer experience. You guys are tagged in this post and know who you are. Thank you! Stephen Wedderburn and Harvey Portwood are great! Kenneth James and Doug Ranzer always keep me serviced and get me on the books when I need service. Services are completed timely and correct the first time. Thank you guys as well! Billy Stewart runs the shop and the service side of the dealership. I first met him in 2018 with a bad alignment and wheel balance completed at another Toyota dealer. Billy test drove the truck with me and listened to my concerns. He got everything handled and took car of the problem, that two other dealers ignored. Billy has also helped me on a few oddball issues with my vehicles and fixed them. He is always quick to provide logical rationale and reasoning and advice to me, and other customers and workers when needed. I am glad to know him and consider him a friend as well. It is a great dealership to buy and service with. I have only had one less than great experience, and everyone from the top down, did what was necessary, to make the best of the situation. I appreciate all they have done for me and my family. I will keep my current vehicles for a while, but will continue servicing and will buy from them again, if the need arises. Keep doing what you are doing. Do not mess with success! More

I have bought/sold 5 vehicles at Longo and referred my inlaws for a purchase and all with Tony Bailey A.K.A. "Superman." Earlier in 2023, we told Tony that we wanted to seek out a 2023 Sequoia. If you inlaws for a purchase and all with Tony Bailey A.K.A. "Superman." Earlier in 2023, we told Tony that we wanted to seek out a 2023 Sequoia. If you are in the market, you know that new Toyota's without dealer mark ups is quite rare and even more scarce, is the inventory of 2023 Sequoias across Texas and neighboring states. Nonetheless, Tony Bailey kept his nose to the ground and notified me of every Sequoia that hit the lot during that time frame. Most were sold before I could even call him back, but he still notified me when one came along. We wanted a pearl white Platinum 2WD. Tony tried his best, but we settled on the grey Platinum 2WD. It took about 5 months, but my phone rang on May 05 and Tony advised me of 3 Sequoias in the pipeline and we were there within an hour to sign the deposit paperwork. Over Memorial Day weekend, the vehicle came in and we tested it out, signed off on it and brought it home. No funny business. Easy transaction. I got close to my desired trade-in value for our 4Runner and in the end, the numbers came together where I hoped they would be. All the while, Tony Bailey kept me notified and in the loop. I will also mention, that Tony Bailey was not satisfied with the delivery clean up and actually hand wiped the car down himself a second time before our drive off. He also gave both of my kiddos, $5 bucks cash each and they were thrilled. Side note, R.W. sits next to Tony. He got up and gave us cold waters and made friendly conversations during the wait. It was very nice and appreciated! From purchases to servicing, I have met most of the staff at the dealership and everyone greets me when they see me and is friendly towards me. I cannot say the same, for other dealers. We LOVE the Sequoia Tony. I am very thankful for your service and for locking down the car we wanted sir! More
