This dealership recommended work that was not necessary. More specifically my GL450 had a problem with the rear suspension. We were told to replace the entire rear suspension system. It was a poor diagnosis More specifically my GL450 had a problem with the rear suspension. We were told to replace the entire rear suspension system. It was a poor diagnosis . In fact, we could have made that diagnosis on our own as novices. It would have been better to see what part of the rear suspension system was faulty. Of course that would be less expensive to fix. Thank goodness we took our vehicle to a local mechanic and he replaced the air bags in the suspension system. He showed us where they were leaking and our vehicle was fixed at less than a quarter of the price. We expected more professional from this dealership and are disappointed. More

I brought the car there on November 26th to change the batery.After changing the batery i left the car for 2 weeks without starting.when i try to start the car ,it would not start. Tried to call rallye fo batery.After changing the batery i left the car for 2 weeks without starting.when i try to start the car ,it would not start. Tried to call rallye for Jumpstart, the third .party company told me to pay $80 to come.i thought it was free of charge.Anyways it took one week to change the batery.I think This is not acceptable. More
