Advisor did not seem knowledgeable about the issue. Additionally, vehicle came back with rear gate inoperative. All it needed was a reset. They immediately denied having anything to do with it. But they caused it when they serviced the vehicle. When I came in it was working fine..... I would recommend buying cars there though. More

This dealership recommended work that was not necessary. More specifically my GL450 had a problem with the rear suspension. We were told to replace the entire rear suspension system. It was a poor diagnosis More specifically my GL450 had a problem with the rear suspension. We were told to replace the entire rear suspension system. It was a poor diagnosis . In fact, we could have made that diagnosis on our own as novices. It would have been better to see what part of the rear suspension system was faulty. Of course that would be less expensive to fix. Thank goodness we took our vehicle to a local mechanic and he replaced the air bags in the suspension system. He showed us where they were leaking and our vehicle was fixed at less than a quarter of the price. We expected more professional from this dealership and are disappointed. More
