I took my WRX for an oil change over the weekend and Rafael Ibarra provided outstanding service! I had a minor service completed and they even washed my car, I was in and out under an hour. Subaru is trustworthy and they always go the extra mile to make their customers happy. The same day, I took my dad's car next door to a different dealership to have his a/c compressor fixed and minor service. They promised to have the car ready within 4 hours, but it took them over 6 hours. They did not even start on the oil change until I arrived close to the end of the day. The person I dealt with at the other dealership was trying to sell me overpriced splash shield. This just shows how night and day the service comparison at Subaru is to their neighboring car dealership. I am glad just so glad that I ended my day at Subaru, thank you! More
