The only issue we encountered was with the title registration paperwork. We were told a FedEx envelope would be sent, but despite multiple follow-ups, we never received it. That part of the process could have been handled better. Overall, we’re happy with our purchase and the service we received, and would still recommend Hyundai of Seattle—with a note to double-check follow-through on post-sale paperwork. More

Horrible Slimy people. This Dealership lied to me about the car safety features. I now have The Hyundai National Customer Care Fraud Department investigating, as the Seattle Hyundai Dealership has refused to contact me, and does not return phone calls or emails. They have chosen to ignore the situation hoping I just go away. I presume they have cheated past customers, and will cheat and lie to future customers. They could have addressed their lies and fraud, and corrected their errors. They choose not to. My path now involves King County Court, where a Judge can hold them accountable for their actions and behaviors. It would have been simple for them to admit their mistakes and fix them. Instead they choose to ignore the situation, and do nothing........ Visit this Dealership at your own peril. More
