I have bought 2 cars from Jenkins Mitsubishi both being used outlanders and have had nothing but excellent customer service from both experiences. Not to mention if anything was wrong with vehicle they wou used outlanders and have had nothing but excellent customer service from both experiences. Not to mention if anything was wrong with vehicle they would always make sure they would get it fixed even with the vehicles being used they stuck behind them every step of the way. The salesman was more than great and the finance manager was just awesome and worked so quick to get a lender for my situation. I plan on buying my 3rd vehicle with them as well in the future. Worst car dealer experience we’ve ever had in 40 years. We gave them a $2k deposit for a 2021 Mazda CX-9 listed on the internet, We drove Almost 400 miles and they knew we were coming that far, we stayed i We gave them a $2k deposit for a 2021 Mazda CX-9 listed on the internet, We drove Almost 400 miles and they knew we were coming that far, we stayed in a hotel the evening prior, and when we showed up in the morning they couldn’t even find the car on the lot. It had been taken to another one of their dealers across town. We went to the car and it was dirty and when we test drove it it shook so bad the salesman was apologizing. The car was nothing as advertised. Couldn’t believe how inconsiderate they could be to someone they knew was coming from so far away. We got our deposit back and went to Sport Mazda South in Orlando which was one of the best dealer experiences we’ve ever had. Same make and model for less money in great shape and even Mazda certified. More

We set up an appointment after communicating for a couple of days. We asked the actual condition of the car. She said she personally checked it and it was in great condition no dents or scratches. I wish I of days. We asked the actual condition of the car. She said she personally checked it and it was in great condition no dents or scratches. I wish I could attach the emails. She said it would be out front when we arrived. So we drove 2 hours and when we arrived the car wasn't even at the dealership. So we waited 45 minutes and when it arrived it was badly damaged on the passenger side. When we asked her why she treated us this way she didn't say a word. Just laughed in our faces. Avoid all Jenkins dealerships. This is just the way they do business More
