I visit Florida during the winter, have a 2016 KIA Soul as a second vehicle only as 47k in 9 yrs of use. Last year had some work done and replaced the cabin filter. This year I brought the car in for an o as a second vehicle only as 47k in 9 yrs of use. Last year had some work done and replaced the cabin filter. This year I brought the car in for an oil change and was told it needed a new cabin filter and sent a video of an awful dirty filter…but this filter is less than a year old/4k miles, no way it should be that dirty, so I believe my cabin filter wasn’t changed but charged $50…… When confronted with this the asst service manager agreed that it looks way too dirty for 4k of use of urban area driving….however the service manager Rachel disagreed and argued with me that this was possible….maybe if you live down 10 miles of dirt roads or in the Sahara desert….but not from urban area driving…..so over a $20 part….they have lost a service customer…… My customer service representative was fantastic….The service manager agreed…can’t say the same…. More

Last year wanted to replace air filter(engine) and inside carriage filter. KIA wanted $200.00 ea. Air filter cast m $22.00, and $17.00 at Autozone. Took 20 second each to replace. Yesterday needed a cost of carriage filter. KIA wanted $200.00 ea. Air filter cast m $22.00, and $17.00 at Autozone. Took 20 second each to replace. Yesterday needed a cost of a molding piece. KIA wanted $91.08, I found online for $25.36 - once again took me 20 seconds to replace. My 5yr old grandson could have replaced all of these More
