I bought a brand new Kia K for from Fort Myers Florida not long after buying it. I needed it serviced the dash was glitching. The Apple CarPlay wasn’t working properly. The cordless battery charger wasn’t not long after buying it. I needed it serviced the dash was glitching. The Apple CarPlay wasn’t working properly. The cordless battery charger wasn’t working even when you plugged the cord in it worked randomly and only for a little bit. The backup camera when you put it on and reverse the headlights will start flashing on the screen for mini car behind you. They strobe my car has shut off in the middle of 41 at a red light. My car has restarted once I’ve shut it off. Kia feels that these are all small issues but if that is the case, why haven’t they been able to fix them? I have dropped my car off. I have begged them to keep my car to fix it. I’ve showed them videos of what’s going on so they know it’s actually acting up. It has been in six times for this issue and other issues. Just because they’re dash issues and glitches Kia makes you feel like a piece of crap because they feel that those are so small issues I shouldn’t complain about them and that’s wrong. I paid $28,000 for my car cash and I got a card that does not work properly. I got a lemon law started on. It took it in August for their last and final try to fix it they didn’t even keep my car. They had it a few hours and returned it. They don’t care enough to keep the car and continuously try to fix it correctly. I have sent videos to corporate for Kia. They know the issue but the problem is the service department. They don’t care. Rachel is absolutely horrible. She loves to tell you something but not put it in writing. She told me since I started a Lemon8 law they don’t have to fix my car which is 100% wrong. My car is still under factory warranty. It’s a year old they need to do better when they hire in the service department Rachel should not be anywhere near the service department. I don’t want her anywhere near my car or anything to do with me. Kia feels they haven’t had enough chances in time to work on my car even though I have dropped it off expecting them to keep it. They have given me loaner cars and they might keep it for a day, but I have the app and it tells me when my car is being messed with they will not mess with it at all and tell me to come and get it the day I picked it up in August on the seventh for one my original paperwork I signed and handed in that morning to Kia with missing and it left according to Kia with their guy from corporate that came down Mr. Jeff, I believe his name was and if he would just look up the history on my car because I know it keeps records. It’s in an app. It’s everywhere they will be able to see that Port Charlotte Kia is not doing their job. I have given them time and time again and they refused to even look at it if it’s so easy and it’s such an easy thing. Why can’t they fix it? Why won’t they just admit defeat that they can’t do it but they can’t do that they put it off on everybody. They’ve reset it. They’ve updated it. They plugged it into their machines. You also managed to unplug my dash cam and stick it in my glove box so we couldn’t see what you were doing one time my whole SIM card was cleaned. I didn’t buy my car there because the sales department like to lie and not standby. Their offers in what Kia is offering they like to do with their own way so I had to go to Fort Myers to get my car I had cash key never had to wait for my money so why do I have to wait for my car to be running properly? Anybody that pays any amount of money for a brand new car expects it to run properly I should not be having issues and the fact that Kia will not make them fix. My car is ridiculous. They should make them give me a loaner. They should say you need to fix this car. I’m disabled. I’m a single mom. I can’t be without a vehicle. I have health issues. I need a vehicle. Kia was supposed to be a good vehicle now I tell people not to buy Kia. I go out of my way to tell people do not buy Kia. I go out of my way to make people know that Port Charlotte Kia is horrible More
