Super friendly and accommodating, vehicle was pulled up out front when we arrived. The sales person we had been working with was going to be gone that date, and they quickly communicated a change in the s out front when we arrived. The sales person we had been working with was going to be gone that date, and they quickly communicated a change in the sales person that we would be speaking with which was nice to know before we got there. Tyler! What can I say ?! Hands down best sales experience we’ve had while buying a vehicle. Very informative and never once made us feel rushed throughout the process. Gave us multiple points of time to discuss and then circled back to make sure we had all the info we needed to make a decision. Ultimately he earned the sale without being aggressive. It was very much appreciated. We also received a follow up message checking in and asking how the vehicle was and if we needed any help with the features. Tyler has earned us as customers and we will be looking for him on our next VW purchase. Thank You Tyler! More
