I had some not well organized questions and some presumptions about a vehicle history, and Queen met me where I was and helped me understand my questions and concerns better. More importantly, she was patient with my assumptions and able to help me understand that this vehicle truly only had one owner. We ended up with an unbeatable deal on a specific vehicle that we had been searching for a couple weeks now. I will not be telling my wife we almost missed this. Grateful for Queen!!! More

I contacted the dealership through their website and was in communication with an Internet Sales Manager. Initially, she was reluctant to discuss pricing but ultimately we discussed an Out The Door price. I in communication with an Internet Sales Manager. Initially, she was reluctant to discuss pricing but ultimately we discussed an Out The Door price. I confirmed with her what the OTD price would be before heading to the dealership. When I arrived, the salesperson did some real shady things. Not only did they low-ball my trade in but when I asked for a breakdown of the invoice, the salesperson returned to his desk with a piece of paper and placed the printed side down on his keyboard, took a minute or so to get situated, then took the sheet of paper and flipped it over and placed it in front of me so that I could read it over. Guess what, it was not the price we had agreed upon with the Internet Sales Manager. So of course, you know the drill, he needs to get the manager who was of no help. He even told me the internet people aren't allowed to discuss pricing, well they did so that isn't my problem. STAY AWAY from this dealership. If there's another dealership you can make your way to, do that. The salesmen here and very slimey and deceptive I wouldn't trust anything they say. DO NOT go here if you want to be treated with decency and respect. I want to add that I went and bought my Toyota from Jim Coleman's and it was a much better experience than Heritage Toyote Catonsville. Next time I'll be going to Jim Coleman's for my next vehicle. More

Dealership messed up an order, which was upsetting, but Mr. Parnell found exactly the car I wanted at the agreed price within 24 hours of learning of the problem. Unlike another dealership that seemed so Mr. Parnell found exactly the car I wanted at the agreed price within 24 hours of learning of the problem. Unlike another dealership that seemed so anxious to “help” me by selling me something on their lot that they didn’t listen to what I wanted, this one was willing to listen and tried there times to find what I said I wanted. First time deal with another dealer fell through, then the order mix-up, then success. (I had determined what I wanted via the build-a-car feature on Toyota’s website, which I liked because I could work things out without sales people’s influence.) More

I worked with this dealership over the course of September and October 2023 . It was my first time buying a car with internet assistance. I was looking to buy my third White Prius and wanted a Whit September and October 2023 . It was my first time buying a car with internet assistance. I was looking to buy my third White Prius and wanted a White Prius Prime with the mid trim package. I specified this with my local dealer and they informed me they could no longer “get me “ the car I wanted, I had to go online and look around myself and find it! Eventually I found Edmunds. I put in my specs and found the Vin number and a car was to come to Heritage. I will be living in Charleston SC when I return to the states in December. I now live in Burundi Africa. Communication is difficult. I laid out all of the nuances of communications and went back and forth with Sam Rhee?, Rasean, the manager, various Internet sales personnel who gave me full specifications quotes. I accepted the quote and agreed to buy the car. In late Ictober we were still trying to secure the approval of this mysterious Jared who had to approve how much I would need to pay and the delivery terms. On October 24, 2 days after I had spoken with the sales manager who confirmed the terms of the deal by telephone from one of many calls I placed from Africa, this Jared person I finally tracked down. He was more than confident I will say. He said he sold the car October 7. All this carried on to the point of asking for full payment for a car that wasn’t even there! And then what? I am supposed to just choose something else? Who does this? I have never heard of behavior like this. I have never tried to buy a car from afar. I don’t recommend trying this with these people. More

No customer service whatsoever and no empathy in dealing with customers who experienced bad service. A classic bait and switch tactic (scam) was employed at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment for with customers who experienced bad service. A classic bait and switch tactic (scam) was employed at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment for 5:00 p.m. and verified via email and phone conversation the morning of the appointment. I was notified minutes prior to my arrival hat the vehicle was just sold. I arrived at the dealership to confirm whether the vehicles was sold and was notified that they car sold earlier that morning. I was very upset as I had just driven over 70 miles and no one cared to call me and notify me that the car was no longer there. I was very skeptical that there was even a car there to begin with as they tried to sell me a more expensive car with less features. Did not make sense at all. When I asked to to talk to the sales manager Mr. Bryer had this speech memorized of how car sells on a first come first serve basis and they would be happy to sell me a more expensive car. He did not take the time to understand the issue or my concern and was very unapologetic. As if this was their normal tactic and he was defending it tooth and nail. I found him to be condescending and unprofessional and I hope that this message will be a warning to anyone to stay away from this dealership. More
