Went shopping for my first car and was really lucky to have been paired with Santiago. He was knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions/concerns, also with the process of me finally choosing a have been paired with Santiago. We came across a few hiccups (none their fault) and Santiago found solutions for all of them, even got my mom a better quote for her insurance. Identify theft took place at this dealership, obviously there are unethical Sales Consultants and Finance Managers there. They approved a $41,000 vehicle for a “co-signer” that was NOT at the dealership an there are unethical Sales Consultants and Finance Managers there. They gave me the run around when I called no manager would pick up when the call got transferred to them STAY AWAY!!!! More

Josiah is the BEST!!! Honestly I didn't think I can get a new CRV with no down payment and not a good credit. But Josiah worked his magic and said to my 5 yr old son "don't Honestly I didn't think I can get a new CRV with no down payment and not a good credit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and he didn't push me to buy any specific cars, he let me choose and gave me great advise. I am definitely going back to him again for future cars. Also Financial Manager, Edgar was equally fantastic. He was very patient and tried to give me the best deal possible. I always had very negative experience at the car dealers before, but not at Paragon. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Highly recommended!!!!! More
