Salesman Eddy wonderful! Joel ok. Financing process was way over the top! Turn off! Took hours to listen to something I already knew I didn’t want and told him so. It took 5 Joel ok. Financing process was way over the top! Turn off! Took hours to listen to something I already knew I didn’t want and told him so. It took 5 hours after the car was detailed to leave the place. It was 10:00 pm and the finance guy kept complaining about working overtime. Then got mad when I didn’t want what he was selling. Then got frustrated again when I wanted to finance through my credit union which was also my employer. Was turned off. More

The first time I called Southern Nissan I talked to Jazmyn. Jazmyn quickly set me up with an appointment for the next day . Her customer service was amazing. Within a minute of walking in the front door the next morning Q approached me kindly and asked me if there was anything he could help me with . Q was incredibly informative and helpful in finding the car that I wanted and getting the deal done at a price that I was happy with . I give his customer service an A+ . Everyone at Southern Nissan was great from the Sales Manager , Finance Manager , Sales personal and others . I will recommend Southern Nissan and other Southern locations to anyone I know who is in search of great car at a great price and looking to find kind people to help them with their search . More
