Today 02/21/25 was my second time interacting with Juan. He had provided service for me about a two weeks ago, when I needed my tire pressure corrected. He saw then that the B17 service was showing as due soon and without hesitation or even being asked he took the time to provide a printout to advise of what the service would entail. When I came in today he was again very pleasant and inviting as he prepared the information for the service. I have always loved Honda of Columbia. Preston and I are still friends after 20 years. Adam set me up with Regis and he was my sales rep and he was really a great guy as well as Johnny C Preston and I are still friends after 20 years.
