We went to Chevrolet of Naperville to get our car serviced, but two things happened while waiting on our car. 1. My husband walked around the showroom. 2. We met Emily. He was looking at a 2013 C serviced, but two things happened while waiting on our car. 1. My husband walked around the showroom. 2. We met Emily. He was looking at a 2013 Corvette in the showroom when Emily walked over. Little did I realize at that moment that we would be the proud owners of that Corvette three weeks later! When we met Emily she was very personable, friendly, and down-to- earth. We talked for quite awhile about the Corvette as well as many other topics. Through this conversation, Emily realized that her work was cut out for her, mostly with convincing me-not my husband- that this purchase was a good idea. Although Emily was not pushy, and we never felt like we were being pressured, she worked hard over the next three weeks to ensure we were the owners of that car. Her approach was innovative, and she was consistently in contact with my husband. When an obstacle was put in her way, she pushed it out of her way. We visited the dealership several times, and when I came up with reasons not to purchase the car, she came up with solutions and reasons to purchase the car. Talking with her was like talking to a friend-not someone who was selling us a car. Throughout the process, she went out of her way several times, including staying late the night of the purchase and coming in on her day off to deliver the car. Additionally, Dan was wonderful. Both Emily and Dan were fun, honest, and trustworthy, and we truly enjoyed our purchasing experience at Chevrolet of Naperville. It has been our experience that the finance phase of the purchase is the least pleasant. Not so with Premo! He was friendly and professional, and he made the process painless, quick, and easy. He went above and beyond to ensure that we received the best available option, and that we were comfortable with the terms of the financing. We received excellent service from start to finish at Chevrolet of Naperville and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Chevrolet. Emily is extremely accessible, will provide you with an excellent buying experience, and will go the extra mile to make the deal while enlisting a determined but friendly, professional, and trustworthy approach. We had an excellent experience, and my husband loves his car. More

Raj, Dan, Sherri and Premo were all excellent. They made my first NEW car purchase effortless and easy. Everyone worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Everyone was so friendly and never at any my first NEW car purchase effortless and easy. Everyone worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Everyone was so friendly and never at any point did I feel pressured to purchase what they wanted to sell me, it was all on me. My car had to be picked up from IN and Raj kept me in the loop as to what exactly was going on every step of the way. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for a pressure free car shopping experience. I will definitely be bringing my car back for service and will go back when I am looking for a new car in the future. More

What can i say...as someone who bought from carmax and was always turned off by dealers this team has changed my outlook! I emailed emily due to fantastic reviews i had read about her, setup a time to com was always turned off by dealers this team has changed my outlook! I emailed emily due to fantastic reviews i had read about her, setup a time to come in and she was ready...very personable,very knnowledgable and very very helpful. had questions about prices at other dealers, she took the time to research and explain differences..very patient,to go from not knowing her to delaing with her, she makes you feel welcome, not presusred, interested in getting a deal that is good and fair for all..she needed to go p/u a car, but made sure she stuck with me to the end instead of handing me off to someone else. many follow-up calls since to make sure everything was going smooth and if anything she could due for me....when she says she will get back to you, trust me she does....there was a slight problem with what looked like some light scratching on side of vehicle(could'nt see b4 washing it) but after talking to jim caparelli, he was right on it, got the service guy out and it turned out to be just some residue from transport, but he was making plans right away to get it back in and get me a loaner..these people really are service oriented and truly want to make sure the customer is happy! met with sherri the aftermarket girl and she was outstanding at explaining everything with onstar and all their great programs, unfortunately due to my own handiness, she was'nt able to sell me anything as an addition to the vehicle, but is right there with the answers..premo their finance guy was outstanding, very knowledgable, was able to knock off a 1/4 of a point on an already awesome finance deal, took the time to thoroughly explain each part, making sure all questions were answered! sean in the service dept is a great guy, very easy to get along with, knowledgable, helpful and just makes you feel comfortable....look forward to dealing with the service dept should the need arise. overall i drove away in my new 2013 feeling great about my overall experience, calling friends on the way home to tell them chevy of naperville is the dealer to go to! only to happy to leave an outstanding review of this dealer and staff! i feel that carmax has competition in naperville.....as i said call or email emily you will be happy you did. she is outstanding at what she does, and you can tell she enjoys her job and working at thsi dealer, she will work with you to make sure you get a great deal, and drive away with a smile from ear to ear!!! More

This is the fourth time that my family has purchased from this location. An as always, the experience was pleasant. I have to hand it to Kevin as he always does what he can within his ability to make the dea this location. An as always, the experience was pleasant. I have to hand it to Kevin as he always does what he can within his ability to make the deal work for all involved. Also when dealing with Wayne, Sherri and Premo, you always walk away with the feeling that they did everything they could to both save you money, and make sure you do not leave without any unanswered questions. Just want to say THANK YOU to all involved for taking care of my wife and myself in the past, and for taking care of my parents on this specific trip. Cannot see myself buying from any other dealer. More

He let me test drive everything I wanted, and made sure I had accurate information about the kind of car I wanted. He went over leasing and buying procedures with me very thoroughly & made everything easy to understand. He was not pushy in anyway which is good. I hope he never leaves because in the future I would work him again or recommend family & friends to him. I love my new Chevy Cruze I am overwhelmed with the new technology it is wonderful! Thanks Jim for all your help! Sherri was great also, I really enjoyed chatting with her and going over some perks about buying a car from you. More

Great experience buying a new 2013 Volt. Tony was very friendly and helpful through the entire purchase process and quickly closed the deal on my first visit. Sherri did an excellent job explaining the benefits on OnStar and how to use the new system. It is rare that I would recommend any car dealer as past experiences with car purchases have been anything but pleasant. These guys here did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. One word. Trust. I bring my work vehicle in for One word. Trust. I bring my work vehicle in for service regularly, as our fleet is registered at this location. Over the last 3 years, I have buil One word. Trust. I bring my work vehicle in for service regularly, as our fleet is registered at this location. Over the last 3 years, I have built a trusting relationship with Lori and Sean on the service team. These relationships told me that I could trust this dealership for more than just service. In the past, I have HATED the "car buying" experience. Emphasis on HATED. Ironically, this is one word that I do not use often. The reason for this feeling, is because I never go in knowing who to trust. Every sales person always seemed to put on a good sales face, but I felt trapped, not knowing if what they were offering was true. The latest experience, prior to Chevy, was the worst. We were trying to repair our credit and wanted an inexpensive vehicle to drive for 1-2 years. At the end of the experience, everything seemed in our favor. Flash forward a year later. I walked into the local dealer and they said sorry we can't help you, you owe way more than the vehicle is worth and you're credit score didn't improve. Come back in a year and it should all be good. My wife and I decided to put in on the back burner and try to ignore our botched transaction...felt duped again. One week later I needed an oil change for my work vehicle, as did my wife, for her car. We had "free" oil changes for my wife's car at the other dealer, but I felt better about "paying" for something from a dealer I could trust, so we headed over to Chevy of Naperville. As we drove up, we saw Sean and Lori happily greeting us. At that point, I said to myself, Man would it be nice to buy a car from here...too bad we're stuck for awhile... As we were waiting for our oil change, along came Emily Smith. Emily said "I would like to sell you a car today." I laughed, thinking to myself, it's not possible for us. I didn't want her to waste her time, so I explained my story and she did something quite different. She didn't come up with the typical "I can immediately solve your problem" sales answer. She proceeded to just talk with me. In fact, we probably chatted for about twenty minutes before I asked, "So, do you think it's possible?" She asked me some questions, took everything into consideration, helped me see the reality of what we owed on our car and what the long term effects would like like. She than said, "I think we can help you, do you want us to work on it with you?" Now, that's professional sales. In fact, that's how to become a friend...even better. Long story short, Emily helped us stay grounded and directed us to the solution we asked for her help on. Sammy Saad, the finance guy, went to work far beyond what we've experienced in the past. In fact, the numbers guy is usually way worse than the salesperson - from my past experience. And although Sammy got the numbers to work out to improve our future credit score, he humbly let Premo Matejczuk finish the deal. Now that is a different side I've never seen from a dealer before. It's called a TEAM. From Lori and Sean in service, to Emily on the sales floor and Sammy and Premo in financing, this is an experience we won't soon forget...in a good way.
