When visiting the dealership in person before my purchase Emily Smith was very prepared for us to inspect our new vehicle, after the two hr drive. Our new vehicle was exactly how she explained it over the phone with no surprises. We were very pleased with Emily as our salesperson and Premo the finance manger they were not pushy like other dealerships we visited and did everything they could to meet our needs. We will definitely be coming back to see Emily and the staff at Naperville Chevrolet when the time arrives to purchase another vehicle. More

We probably could have gotten the price down a bit, but wanted the car and it was discounted enough for us anyway. Everybody was very open and helpful.
