I went to the dealership to purchase my second car from them, but my first brand new car. I knew what kind of car I wanted, so it was all about finding a price that worked for me. The sales associate, Ji them, but my first brand new car. I knew what kind of car I wanted, so it was all about finding a price that worked for me. The sales associate, Jim Doll (whom has been selling cars to my family for years), was so so so helpful. He showed me the cars on the lot I was interested in, discussed all the different options/pricings, and was NOT pushy. It was refreshing to go to a dealership where you feel comfortable and not pressured to buy. I really feel like Jim wanted me to be comfortable with the transaction and was worried about me and NOT his next sale. I ended up buying a new car and I couldn't be happier. Jim was so patient and knowledgeable of the products. Premo in finance did all the work to get me approved for a low interest auto loan and I didn't have to do anything. It was quick and smooth and the finance portion was a breeze. He also explained all the paperwork before I signed anything. I was able to take my new car home the same day and I couldn't be happier. I plan on buying from this dealership in the future. More

I as was walking out of the dealership, having looked at the Chevy Cruze, I asked Emily about the Volt. My husband and I looked at the Volt, but thought it was out of our price range. As soon as I said Vo the Chevy Cruze, I asked Emily about the Volt. My husband and I looked at the Volt, but thought it was out of our price range. As soon as I said Volt, Emily lit up and couldn't stop talking about the awesome qualities of the Volt, including the price. Every person I came in contact with was genuinely helpful. Sherri told us about the care package for the interior of the car and because of her honesty we changed the car we decided to buy, a different color Volt. Emily has gone far beyond what I thought a car sales person would do. She spent time with me setting up the tech package in the car. She made sure I was comfortable with everything, and I am.
