Most of leg work done via text with phil customer service is hit or miss depending on who you work with. Would recommend. UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE THE SALES MANAGER, PHILIP VALLES, QUOTED ME A PRICE AMD THEN THE FINANCE MGR STATED THAT THE MANAGER WAS OVERZEALOUS. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT THE PRICE THE SALES MANAGER, PHILIP VALLES, QUOTED ME A PRICE AMD THEN THE FINANCE MGR STATED THAT THE MANAGER WAS OVERZEALOUS. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT THE PRICE WOULD BE 15 DOLLARS MORE PER MONTH THAN WHAT WE WERE QUOTED. I WAS TOLD THAT THE COMPUTER SYSTEM SAID THAT THERE WERE 4 BLACK VEHICLES ON THE LOT AND THEY COULD NOT FIND ANY OF THEM.I WAS THEN TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY TO PICK UP THE CAR. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVED A TEXT AT 2PM STATING THAT THE CAR WAS READY. I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP AT 5:30PM AND WAS TOLD BY THE SALES ASSOCIATE, VICTORIANO THAT THE CAR HAD ARRIVED FILTHY AND WAS STILL BEING DETAILED AND WOULD BE READY IN 10-20 MINUTES. 1 HOUR LATER I WAS STILL WAITING. I CONFRONTED THE SALES MANAGER, PHILIP VALLES AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD SOLD 50 CARS THAT DAY. PHILIP AND VICTORIANO WERE RUDE AND NEVER APOLOGIZED. THE DEAL WAS DONE AND THEY COULD CARE LESS. I WAS LEFT WAITING FOR ANOTHER HOUR WAITING FOR MY CAR. More
