The reason for my 1 star review is I have been trying to get ahold of a team member to get a question answered and situation taken care of. I have been told I would hear back, that notes were left, that it was going to be good to go. Through a month of calling trying get it taken care of I have never heard back and I have also been hung up on while place on hold. If this situation was not happening then my review would definitely have been at least 4 stars. I am not someone to leave bad reviews for places or people because I know how it affects businesses.
