Phil was absolutely wonderful to work with. Great service! Flawless, from booking the appointment, to picking up my truck after. Phil was amazing! He got me a ride to work with Lyft and had me picked up when Flawless, from booking the appointment, to picking up my truck after. Phil was amazing! He got me a ride to work with Lyft and had me picked up when the vehicle was finished. These guys fixed a problem that Gervis Ford couldn't figure out a few years back involving the 4 X 4 actuation. I came to them for 4 issues with my car. 2 of them they fixed. My drivers seat (which first, they ordered the wrong side and then after that, they needed another part for it, so, I had a r 2 of them they fixed. My drivers seat (which first, they ordered the wrong side and then after that, they needed another part for it, so, I had a rental for over a week and a half) and A wheel bearing, which they fixed. The other issue, was an irritating noise inside the cabin, from the dash area, which first, they say, there was no noise after a test drive. Second time, I brought it back, they said, the noise is coming from a semi loose rear view mirror casing (which may be a tiny noise, in the cabin, but, not all the noise) but, the other noise which is more irritating, is now louder than ever, after the wheel bearing was fixed. I am not sure, if that has anything to do with it. The wheel bearing noise was gone, but, shortly after, I was driving, a week or so, the noises in the cabin, became, even louder, so... I decided to take it to my local mechanic, which they won't look at until next week. They do have friendly and kind staff, for the record. Lastly, my other issue, that wasn't fixed is, when I put on my lights at night, the dash lights go dim, I told them this, they say this normal, although some times at night with the headlights on, and it is very dark outside, the dash board lights are bright as normal, and then, while driving, or I hit a bump, while driving, they go very dim. I did have an electrical problem in the past, that turned on my check engine light, which they fixed. But, after that, I think, this is when my headlights, started, usually going dim, when I am driving at night. So, I am not sure, what is up with the head lights at night? More

Excellent service and communication. We kept getting error messages that would come and go. The service department was able to test the battery a few times and clear the main computer. W We kept getting error messages that would come and go. The service department was able to test the battery a few times and clear the main computer. We haven’t had an issue since and the car was in and out in a few hours. Great service, and will plan to use them moving forward for our services. Thank you. More
