Phil and Jennifer were very helpful in regards to getting the service as well as helping with the refund. However, there was one individual who was unpleasant when it came to getting a refund out back on my the service as well as helping with the refund. However, there was one individual who was unpleasant when it came to getting a refund out back on my card. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ..This is our second purchase from Colonial. The reason for my visit was originally a service call for our other SUV(check engine light was on). While ..This is our second purchase from Colonial. The reason for my visit was originally a service call for our other SUV(check engine light was on). While I waited, I was bored and decided to go into the salesroom to "see what they had," and ended up trading UP to a nicer, newer SUV. I had no intention of trading in our other vehicle. But when I found something I liked better than the SUV that was being serviced, Moises Lima and Bob Pemberton went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us a good deal at a price we could afford. They made the entire experience much more pleasant than anticipated and than it usually is lets be honest nobody enjoys going to the dealership!....But I 100% HIGHLY RECCOMMEND Colonial Ford in Marlboro...And I will be telling ALL my friends and family to go there for any future car/truck purchases!!! More
