Service was completed in a very timely manner. As usual, the customer service I received was top notch. I drive 45 miles 1 way (1 hour, 10 min) to have my car serviced at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw As usual, the customer service I received was top notch. I drive 45 miles 1 way (1 hour, 10 min) to have my car serviced at Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw even though there is a Kia dealership 5 miles from my home. I have been pleased from the day I purchased my 2024 Sportage SX Prestige. More

I see a wonderful team working in Service department who pays utmost attention to details and what needed to be done for the customers. My car had the windshield glass to be replaced. After fixing it outsid pays utmost attention to details and what needed to be done for the customers. My car had the windshield glass to be replaced. After fixing it outside, I had issues with the calibrations, and it had to be fixed only with the dealership. It was fixed neatly by them. And then, I notice some small tear int the front car seat for which the service team took their fullest efforts in getting it covered and approved with kia warranty. They fixed that too. Their courtesy drop and pick up while the car was in service was also much helpful. I felt I am in hands of much compassionate and reliable team that is waiting to help us without any fuzz but with more caring. Thanks to Jim and Ellis Kia of Kennesaw! More
