After a very bad experience at a different Honda Dealer, I used the internet price quote option to find other dealers that had the car I wanted. Norm Reeves was one of three that had the color and options I used the internet price quote option to find other dealers that had the car I wanted. Norm Reeves was one of three that had the color and options I wanted. I got back a price quote immediately that wasn't quite what I was hoping for but acceptable. I spoke with Phil Byrd on the phone and asked him to assure me that there were no hidden fees or surprises as we had to drive about 45 miles to get to this dealership. The car was cleaned and ready when we arrived. The price was exactly what I was quoted. No haggling what so ever. The finance department was very efficient. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and that included the test drive. I highly recommend this dealership ! More
