Service department is a rip off and I will never take my car back there again. I do not recommend Surprise Ford service department at all. They will take your money and not fix anything for it. I asked them to checkout the dinging when my driver door opened with the keys out and the headlights off without them letting me know they charge me $190 to check it and then told me it was $1000 to get fixed. And it didn’t start dinging until after I took it to them for an oil change and they took no responsibility for it. They did not let me know they were going to charge me $190 to just check the dinging when the door opens, go somewhere else do not go there More
