The salesman was kind, helpful and not overly pushy. I felt comfortable with him throughout the process. I was not happy that when I came to sign my paperwork and pick up my new car I was told there wer I felt comfortable with him throughout the process. I was not happy that when I came to sign my paperwork and pick up my new car I was told there were small cracks in the windshield of my vehicle I was trading in and I’d have to put in an insurance claim to replace the windshield when they physically had my car and would have seen that when they gave me the quote. That added unnecessary stress and anxiety to the process. More
