A month later, my right front tire starts making noises. I call Heiser, I get the service dept voicemail. I left a message during store hours, no call back. The next day, the noise is worse, so I'm scared to drive, and still nobody from Toyota calls me back. I take it to a shop a few blocks from my house. All 4 of my tires are loose, and the right front tire was actually falling off. I pay $85 for them to look at my car. I call Heiser to tell them this. They say, oh sorry, bring it in so we can make sure there's no damage. Nothing else is wrong. In the end, I get a free oil change in return for the shop making a mistake that could have caused actual harm to me and my family. Thanks
