i wish they would invest in upgrading their online service scheduling software. i scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance and was not able to get a confirmation until the week before. on top of service scheduling software. i scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance and was not able to get a confirmation until the week before. on top of that, it was not even for the original time i requested. i have never experienced this with other dealerships, so i may use them in the future. Almost 2 hours for oil change. Peter was so overly busy that he failed to point out a few things that needed attention. I did not discover until I was home. He may say he told me, but I may be old and female but I'm not deaf and dumb. I will be making another appt to take care of items we spoke about and items we did not. Not putting blame on Peter because this isn't the first time that Service dept failed to point out things because of being too busy. More

I really felt overcharged. I'm not sure if he took off for my already paid for oil changes. But the bill is not easy to read. So I can't tell what I paid for or not. And spark plugs plus the diagnostic on my rear, thought it might of been a caliper sticking but the tech said it was my wheel bearing. More
