Took my 2023 gr86 in for a service recall. I also had requested them to look at my oil filter. Estimated time was 1.5 hours. Approximately 4 hours later i got my vehicle back. 2 more miles wer I also had requested them to look at my oil filter. Estimated time was 1.5 hours. Approximately 4 hours later i got my vehicle back. 2 more miles were put on the car. Oil filter was tightened with oil filter wrench. And the reprogram of the DCM (the service recall) couldn't be completed because I wasn't subscribed to remote start. Which was not listed in any prerequisite to the reprogram appointment. I was given a free detail... on my very clean car, that I had just washed. So I am very dissatisfied with my appointment. The service representatives were kind. The reprogram caused a problem with popup errors which then forced them to unplug my battery. At the 3.5 hour mark I was told it would be another 30 minutes for the battery to be plugged back in. When I was told this I saw my car go around the lot. So really, 2 miles on the car, and a 4 hour appointment. I am VERY VERY disappointed. More
