I just purchased a new Volvo from Schumacher Volvo of the Palm Beaches. Prior to visiting Schumacher, I had visited Volvo dealerships in 5 counties. Waited 6 months for the car to be built and never received an update from Schumacher. Not even one call to acknowledge they were still waiting on my order. Then once it came in, I was constantly told received an update from Schumacher. Not even one call to acknowledge they were still waiting on my order. Then once it came in, I was constantly told to come in and buy it or they would sell it to someone else. I had to wait one week on my bank to authorize the loan and I was so worried that my car would be sold so someone else. Salesman barely knew stuff about the hybrid model I was purchasing. I just went online for answers. Never going back to Schumacher for anything. More
