My experience at Jim Coleman was phenomenal! As soon as I pulled up, Peter Lee greeted me and immediately took care of me. I walked away the first day just to keep my options open but I came back because this dealership was so helpful and worked with me on the price. Throughout the whole process, It was easy to reach Peter anytime I had a question which helped me alot. This dealership is pretty transparent and doesn't play the silly games with you like others typically do. I am a first time buyer, young with limited established credit so a customer like myself would be completely taken advantage of at any other dealership. I was in the hunt for a used vehical and not sure what I was really looking for. While I was walking around the lot, Peter came out to see if I need help or had any questions. He was friendly, down to earth, and had a layed back, no pressure approach. I ended up spending 7 hours at Jim Coleman that day and worked very closely with Peter all day long. He has so much patience and was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicals. I test drove 8 different vehicals and some of them more than once. Peter wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered and went out of his way to educate me about each vehical I was interested in. Peter and a very nice and kind way about him and used some conservative humor to keep things interesting. I just wish all car salesman were like him; because I know from exerince that they are not. This is my 7th vehical I have owned and Peter was the best sales person I have ever had. In a heart beat I would recommend someone to go to Peter to buy a used or new vehical. Peter Lee was more than a pleasure to work with. One last thing... I have only owned this vehical for 5 weeks and Peter has contacted me 3x to check in to see how I like the vehical and if I had any questions about anything. It is so comforting to know that he is good at what he does and loves his job... it really shows. More
