I had a great experience. Not only was the staff friendly but I was in and out and got what I wanted as far as price and the car. It was a no pressure transaction and Peter was great. Peter listened to what I wanted and worked to meet my needs. He didn't try to sell me something other than what I wanted, which made the experience a lot easier. His personality and patience were a marvel. I really appreciated his approah. Your other staff were also very professional and positive. And as I waited at times, I watched the others in and out of the showroom. Everyone was pleasant and attentive to customers. They seemed happy and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. This was striking! Peter Lee is the guy you want to work with at Jim Coleman! I found my late-model used vehicle on the internet. I'm pretty particular with my cars. Peter was responsive and addressed all my que Coleman! I found my late-model used vehicle on the internet. I'm pretty particular with my cars. Peter was responsive and addressed all my questions to ensure my comfort level since I would be traveling long distance to make the purchase. He even offered to pick me up at the airport. When I discovered a minor issue just after taking delivery (the rear headrests were removed and forgot to put back in the car), Peter offered to stop by my hotel and deliver the headrests, thus resolving the issue. How a business responds to these kinds of issues is what makes one stand out from the rest. Peter's responsiveness in this situation exceeded my expectations. The only opportunity for improvement to note is related to vehicle prep. Overall, the car was very clean (as expected) but, for a late-model car, it had more dings than expected. This is not necesarily a Jim Coleman issue so much as it generally seems to be an issue with cars out East - they tend to be a bit hard on cars. However, the dealership could've taken the opportunity to perform some paintless daint repair and appearance would've improved to virtually new for very little cost. There were also a couple small spots were touchpaint was applied rather poorly. Again, I don't know that this is an issue with Jim Coleman or the previous owner. As such, it's mostly an observation. Clearly, neither of these were problematic enough to prevent me from puchasing the car but I did rate Quality of Work as 'OK' as a result. Overall, this was an excellent experience. I'm very satisfied with my purchase from Jim Coleman. I got a great vehicle at a great price. Talk to Peter for your purchase! More
