The worst experience at a dealership in my life. I just purchased a new vehicle at Lundren Honda of Greenfield. I called to purchase some accessories for our new vehicle. I mentioned that our sales I just purchased a new vehicle at Lundren Honda of Greenfield. I called to purchase some accessories for our new vehicle. I mentioned that our sales person said we MAY be able to get discount. He said no discount and I said we just spent 40K on new vehicle and no discount?? He stated that I spent 40K on new car and our sales person pushed us off on him for a discount on $300 of parts then he HUNG up on me! So this guy not only thru the dealership under the rug but also our sales person. What kind of person does that to a customer??? SO Disrespectful Tried contacting manager, no response. Next I’ll go up the chain of command until this is resolved! I just wanted to thank Peter for the worst experience that my wife and I have ever had! More

Lundgren Honda of Greenfield is an outstanding sales, service and parts dealership. I've purchased 2 new vehicles from Lundgren including this one for my granddaughter. The only reason for the 4 rating service and parts dealership. I've purchased 2 new vehicles from Lundgren including this one for my granddaughter. The only reason for the 4 rating this purchase was the nonnegotiable price and the $2,000 market adjustment. It may be unfair I hold this against Lundgren as these are what new car buyers are facing nationwide. I also identified this in my Honda USA rating review. A new experience that I had not dealt with in many new vehicle purchases. During both Lundgren Honda new car purchases, the sales persons were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership. James Carr held up Lundgren's tradition of outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction. As this was my granddaughter's 1st vehicle purchase, James made the purchase simple, explanations easy to comprehend and did not rush or pressure us into a quick or uninformed decision about the purchase, accessories or additional services. James spent significant time with my granddaughter explaining the Civic's features, capabilities and setting up Bluetooth Hands Free Links and capabilities. James is a fine, young salesperson with the knowledge and experience of a seasoned salesperson. I highly recommend James Carr to be your next Lundgren Honda of Greenfield sales contact. Connie (finance), Peter (parts) and Rob (service) were equally knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and explained their areas of expertise to our complete satisfaction. Thank you all!
