There were ups and downs within the process but not attributed to the dealership or anyone I worked with. Everybody was great working through any bumps. I have been with their dealership since 2009 and have no complaints. They have always been friendly and thorough. James was great to work with. He was very patient with me as all the new-fangled equipment on the newer cars confounded me. He answered all my questions. The service department was very accommodating and treated me more than fairly. I knew and trusted them from my 15 years having my 2009 serviced there. I am so glad to be driving my new used car and hope I have it as long as my 2009 which I still have. Go Honda! Especially Lundgren of Greenfield. More
