The total experience from ordering our new 2025 Suburban to when it was delivered was a very good experience. Steve Daly is great to work with and always is very polite, friendly and professional. He unders to when it was delivered was a very good experience. Steve Daly is great to work with and always is very polite, friendly and professional. He understands what we want in a vehicle and makes sure that we order what we need to have on the vehicle. Steve kept completing informed from the time it was made, during the transport and upon delivery to the vehicle, even when it was delivered on a Sunday when he was not working. Dan, the finance manager was good to work with and was not pushing but helpful in explaining additional coverages for our new Suburban. Jim, who orders the vehicles was helpful also. And we totally have trust in the Service Department with any of the Service Managers and especially Rob who always makes sure we are satisfied with the Service Department. So for all these reasons, that is why we keep coming back to purchase our new vehicles from this dealership. More

The team at Ed Morse in Muscatine are fantastic. I was late due to work getting my car picked up even after Rob gave me a quick call to le me know it was finished. The people on the frontline in the maintenance shop are for the most part are top notch. And why I say "most part" is only because the newer employees, the ones doing the oil/filter etc. work have not had for the most part are top notch. And why I say "most part" is only because the newer employees, the ones doing the oil/filter etc. work have not had the experience required to be rated as top rate. That is my opinion only. Plus I too know the Service Manager, Robbie, who does his best to watch over all 100% of the time. Personally, I have had only one instance where I felt the service was not up to par and I brought it to the service manager's attention can tell you it was handled immediately and correctly. More

Scheduled my truck for an oil change/tire rotation. Truck had 3 recalls on it. Had it scheduled at the same time to take care of those. Took it in to have them tell me that they can’t do the repairs fo Truck had 3 recalls on it. Had it scheduled at the same time to take care of those. Took it in to have them tell me that they can’t do the repairs for the recalls because they have to order parts…… They knew what recalls it was coming in for. Why were the parts not ordered when it was scheduled?? They had a week to get them ordered!! Not very happy that I have to schedule and take it in again to have those taken care of. What was the point of scheduling to have it done if they didn’t order the parts at the time of scheduling?? More
