After a lousy experience with a different Chevy dealer, I thought I’d try Ed Morse as they also had a truck I was interested in. I first contacted Brian by phone. Shortly thereafter, I had a proposal in ema thought I’d try Ed Morse as they also had a truck I was interested in. I first contacted Brian by phone. Shortly thereafter, I had a proposal in email. He seemed sincere about working with us. When I got there the next day, we began the process although my wife couldn’t come until the weekend. I put $ down to hold it. By Saturday we had a truck thanks to Brian, his boss and Dan in finance. We’ve never had the finance part go so honest or smooth. Highly recommend. More

Needless to say, the fact that I refuse to take my Dodge to the “Dodge” store in town and instead only use the GM store should speak for itself. When I did try and use the Dodge store for routine serv to the “Dodge” store in town and instead only use the GM store should speak for itself. When I did try and use the Dodge store for routine service, it wasn’t the Mechanics, but the Service Desk I had a problem with. The were inattentive, rude and basically showed they could care less. So be it - I’ve been doing business with the GM store since I got to town in ‘94. They’re always respectful, friendly and professional. Not sure what went wrong either he Dodge store, nor do I care. Maybe it’s changed since I was there last, ‘17? Maybe the bad apples are gone. Don’t care. I’ll never go back there so I could care less. You asked. More
